- 5 liters of water;
- 20 grams of citric acid.
First you need to knead the berries. Then add raisins, water, citric acid to them. Add 500 grams of sugar to the mixture, cover the container with gauze and leave in a dark place. After 2-3 days, fermentation symptoms will appear. At this stage, the juice needs to be separated from the pulp. Add another pound of sugar to it and install a water seal.

This recipe will require:
- 4 kilograms of blueberries;
- 2 kilograms of sugar;
- 6 liters of water.
