  1. The onions are peeled, washed and cut into half rings. Garlic cloves are cleaned and washed.
  2. Tomatoes are examined, sorted out, and then washed.
  3. They are cut in half, the rod is cut out.
  4. Prepare containers. They are not only washed, but also sterilized.
  5. The parsley must be thoroughly washed.
