Instructions for the use of fungicide Skor, dosage and spectrum of action

Plant diseases are just as harmful to agriculture as pests. They can destroy the growing crop or damage it during storage, render seed stocks unusable. Common fungal infections are especially dangerous in this regard. To protect against them, special drugs are used. Before spraying the product, you must carefully study the instructions for use of the contact and systemic fungicide "Skor".

Release form, active ingredient and manufacturer

The drug is marketed in the form of an emulsion concentrate and belongs to triazoles. It is a systemic and contact fungicide, that is, it begins to act when it hits the vegetative mass of plants or seeds, and then penetrates with juices into all organs, destroying pathogens. Skor contains 250 grams of difenoconazole per liter.

The fungicide is produced by Syngenta AG, a Swiss company leading the production of plant and seed products, with a large number of subsidiaries around the world.

Purpose and principle of operation

Fungicide "Skor" is a preventive and therapeutic agent for plants against fungal diseases. Suitable for the production of combined pesticides for the fight against infections and pests.

Expert opinion

Agronomist with 12 years of experience. Our best summer cottage expert.

Acts on a wide range of fungal pathogens, is considered a reference remedy for powdery mildew on fruit plants and black rot on grapes.

When spraying the composition on the affected areas, the effect occurs 2-3 hours after treatment. The plant retains its qualities for one to three weeks. In case of precipitation, "Skor" can be washed off from the surface of the green mass, which will lead to a decrease in the concentration of the active substance and a decrease in protective forces.

Penetration of the fungicide into the plant leads to the suppression of cell division of the pathogen, destroying it. Using according to the instructions "Skora" and fertilizing with fertilizers can save even a heavily affected plant.

Advantages and disadvantages

The highly active pesticide "Skor" can be used in a wide temperature range, but it has proven itself best of all at + 14 ... + 25 aboutC. At a lower temperature, it works much worse, especially when it drops below 12 aboutC. To obtain maximum results, it is necessary to start spraying at the first stages of the growing season of plants. With a strong seeding with fungal spores, the remedy may be ineffective.

Economical consumption.

A pronounced effect of adhesion to the surface of green mass without the addition of soap.

The minimum level of toxicity for soil microorganisms, pollinators, earthworms.

Does not differ in toxicity for planting.

It has the effect of a stimulant of immunity, leading to a rapid increase in green mass.

Stimulates an increase in the number of fruits.

When processing seeds, their germination improves (on average, it is accelerated by 2 days).

After processing, the seed is stored better and longer.

The long waiting period until safe harvest is about three weeks.

Large consumption of the drug.

Low efficiency against rust pathogens.

In case of an outbreak of oidium, it is necessary to combine "Skor" with "Topaz" and "Tiovit Jet" to obtain a result and complete extermination of the disease.

When using the fungicide in ampoules (produced for home use), some of the active ingredient may remain in the container. To use the entire product, the plastic ampoule must be cut, the emulsion must be removed, and the bottle itself must be thrown into a container where the composition will be diluted. Water will wash away any residual difenoconazole.

Fungicide "Skor" has more positive sides than disadvantages.

Instructions for use of the drug, how to breed "Skor", dosage

Do not use hot or cold water to obtain the mixture. It should have a temperature of about 25 degrees. The consumption of the working solution is up to 1 liter per unit.

"Skor" is suitable for indoor plants. For these purposes, it is worth purchasing in small packaging, 2 milliliters each. The consumption of the finished composition is 0.1-0.5 milliliters per milliliter. Concentration is related to the type of disease.

Fruit trees

Fungicide "Skor" is used in spring gardening for spraying fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, other stone and pome crops. It acts on the causative agents of scab, leaf curl, powdery mildew, alternaria, clotterosporia, coccomycosis.

Spraying is carried out during the growing season, before and after the blooming of the buds, the break is no more than 2 weeks. The consumption of the mixture is 2-5 liters per tree, depending on its age, size and degree of fungal attack. Dilute with 2 ml of EC in 10 liters of water. They are processed twice, in exceptional cases 3-4 times. You need to wait 3 weeks before harvesting.

For this plant, the fungicide "Skor" is the best way to protect against fungal infections such as oidium, phomopsis, rubella, black rot. Dilute 5 milliliters of the substance in a standard volume of water, the dosage can be doubled. They are processed first during flowering, then before the grapes form in bunches, then two more times with an interval of at least 10 days. The last spraying should take place three weeks before the grape harvest. More details here.

Berry bushes

Currants and gooseberries are sprayed during the budding period for the first time, again - immediately after the flowering of the plants. The last treatment is carried out 70 days before picking berries. Composition: 4 milliliters per 10 liters, consumption: 1-1.5 liters of working solution per bush.

The tool helps to cope with late blight, alternaria, cercosporosis on potatoes, carrots, beets, tomatoes and other vegetables. A solution of 2-5 milliliters of the drug per 10 liters of water is used, treatment 2-4 times with a two-week gap. You need to stop spraying at least 20 days before harvesting vegetables.

The "queen of the garden" is threatened by fungal infections such as black spots and powdery mildew. Spraying with "Skor" acts against them in the form of a solution of 2-5 milliliters of emulsion concentrate per 10 liters of liquid with 2-4 repetitions during the growing season. The interval between treatments is 14 days.

Numerous fungal diseases can settle on plants, which can lead to the death of the entire garden. "Skor" on flowers affects gray mold and powdery mildew. Dilute 2-4 milliliters per 10 liters of water, process when the first signs of the disease appear with an interval of 14 days, it is allowed to repeat twice.

Seed treatment

Seed dressing not only kills dormant fungal pathogens, but also contributes to a more friendly germination of seeds during sowing. For this, pre-sowing treatment is carried out with a standard solution "Skora"

For storage, the seeds are processed after harvesting and drying, before storing them before sowing. This saves them from death and can save up to 30% of the material.
