How to cook such a casserole:

  1. Before starting the cooking process, you need to mix a couple tablespoons of flour with sour cream and set aside for half an hour.
  2. While this mixture is infused, mix the eggs with regular sugar
  3. Add a bag of vanilla sugar and beat thoroughly with a mixer, beat at a slow speed until the mass becomes homogeneous.
  4. Take a strainer and grind cottage cheese on it, you can do this with a blender (if any). Your goal is to achieve a state of homogeneous mass.
  5. Now you need to combine sugar and egg mass and grated curd into a single whole.
  6. Add to this a pre-cooked mixture of sour cream and flour. The curd mass in consistency should resemble the state of a thick homemade sour cream.

Step by step cooking:
